Can you please provide information and evidence as to whether a five year old at this school has to date not had appropriate support to enable him to attain full time education, consistent with the legal and moral requirements?
In particular in relation to literacy, speech and language?
Can you please provide independent evidence as to whether the headteacher, the center head and the governors of the school have used the best endeavours to ensure this is in place?
Could you please provide evidence of the governors reponse to a formal written concerns, and requests for the aforementioned support for the five year old above?
Could you please provide legal information regarding the formal request not to use a specific speech therapist for reasons stated below, appears to have been wrongfully characterised as withdrawal of Request for ALL speech therapists provided by the school?
Could you please provide information as to what the legal understanding of victimisation is in juxtaposition to this matter.
Can you information in relation to justify why a child was repeatedly physically handled by a person whose full personal identity has not been fully disclosed to the family despite requests to the contrary?
Or anyone for that matter, as observed on monday 7th June 2021 and 10th June 2021 among other occassions as duly alerted?
Could you provide information a legal justification in relation to why a child's trousers who is only doing a wee( a boy) would be fully pulled down or words to that effect as reportedly described in the 17 th May 2021 meeting with the child's teacher and senior member of staff( both female). And how that is consistent
Can you confirm with evidence whether a speech therapist has the legal powers or whether its ethically acceptable to provide medical diagnosis, subscribe the hrs and mainstream attendance of a specific five year old child at southcamberley school?
Could you please provide evidence to justify why a child at south camberley school was repeatedly locked out with the full and complete knowledge or direction of several members of staff as indicated in one of the videos sent to your offices as part of evidence?
Could you please provide evidence whether the school , center and year at southcamberley school have allowed the full inclusion of a particular child in all activities with his peers as prescribed by the equality and educational legislation?
